Training, not qualification. This simulator teaches recognition, planning, and measurement. It does not certify welders or replace supervised practice, approved procedures, required testing, or qualified inspection. Do not use schematic values as job instructions.

From drawing to verified fit-up

Inspect the plate and confirm its part mark
Identify joint preparation defects
Establish the drawing datum and baseline
Measure and position the stiffener
Check squareness, plumb, gap, offset, and mismatch
Correct any out-of-tolerance condition
Verify the final fit and review the challenge
